The modular approach of XerioRIP is extremely usefull and helps increase the production according to your Company’s growth, thanks to focused and economical solutions.
Modularity The growth of your Company necessarily leads to a growth of the production required. The user doesn’t need to prepare different files for the different outputs like imagetters and inkjet digital printers for films or plates, thus saving time and reducing potential errors. Errors reduction The powerful computing engine of XerioRIP processes the file in input, it is then possible to generate all the necessary outputs in few seconds. This helps drastically reduce the consumption of the film, imagsetter film or paper that was previously due to output errors. These technologies are independent from any peripheral and offer an exceptional print quality Consumables reduction XerioRIP provides advanced check tools from the monitor to check in a digital way the content and the printability of the data that has been submitted to the RIP elaboration before the final output. Print quality improvement XerioRIP offers an exceptional range of screening technologies for a wide range of printing processes, from screen printing to flexo and also for digital. Xeriorip always runs the RIP processing before each single separation, it then calculates the output in a specific format. It grants absolute uniformity among the different units, a great flexibility and an excellent performance. XerioRIP is an independent RIP from any particular peripheral and can be therefore employed with imagesetter, inkjet plotter for films, inkjet color proofer and a wide range of digital printing machine. It is an easy and intuitive preview tool for measuring the halftone percentage. With Xerio RIP you can print the finest details avoiding the problems that may occur upon printing at highest resolution.Īn important characteristic of XerioRIP is a proofing built-in system that can make accurate tests of the final print using an inkjet printer. Users can create several settings according to the film type or inks used in their own Epson printer. You can access the settings for the void, linearization, dot shape, angle and much more. This means that you can check the output and decide what settings work best for the combination of film and ink. With Xerio RIP you can check the ink quantity and you can enable and disable the channels used for printing.
The inkjet film of the JETBLACK series developed by Grafco grants density and precision never before achieved with this technology.XerioRIP has special techniques that can protect the precision of the dots without losing the covering density, so that they can be checked and calibrated in any printing situation. However, high quantity of ink increases the dot gain, which of course will distort the dot shape of the halftone. To get that density, higher quantity of ink must be printed on the film than on the paper. The inkjet films must have a high density (Dmax).Xerio Rip has own solutions for an easy solution of these problems. It can be cancelled by a good microweaving technology and an accurate control of the position of the dot. The inaccurate feeding of the paper and the imperfect geometry of the nozzles can create banding.Xerio RIP is one of the few rips on the market to produce high quality films with inkjet printers with own solutions for the specific problems of the inkjet-printing. The print on film or with the inkjet printer is a cheap way to make high quality, large format, positive films for screen printing, flexo or textile printing. XerioRIP controls Epson printers for the printing on film, it also can export TIFF files bitmap for printing with imagesetter/CTS.Īs the list of the printers is being constantly updated, kindly contact our customer service for further information. XerioRIP allows different dot shapes and halftones: traditional AM, FM, HYBRID, PILLAR DOT. It is therefore possible to use several tools to achieve the best quality.ģ rd generation stochastic screening of XerioRIP creates NO MOIRE’ SCREENING FOR SCREEN PRINTING and allows the light exposure of the screens for screen printing in a standard way without any particular inclination of the fabric on the screen.
XerioRIP V.4 allows dot shapes and different halftones in the same separation in order to take advantage of the screening technology.
